Only $95, you can get a f/1.8 lens. The quality of image is shape, especailly when the aperture less than 2.8. It is worth for your money.

I am an amateur photographer, so this lens was a step up from the stock 18-55mm that came with my Xsi. Really love the quality of the photos that come from the lens. Despite my lack of photography experience, this seems to be a great pick, and I was able to purchase it for about $100 after tax.

I'm still a novice photographer, but this lens has helped me improve the basic concepts of aperture, shutter speed and ISO, and I highly recommend it because for novice since it forces you to work with only zoom setting and you have to force yourself to manipulate the lens properties in order to get the picture you want.
