I purchased this set for my wife, who loves to cook. She was impressed with the fact that the cookware distributes heat so evenly. However, she has not figured out how to have her eggs not stick to the pan yet. This cookware was a great price and deal.

The single most important thing about using these gorgeous pots and pans is to FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS and use LOW HEAT and IMMEDIATELY put warm soapy water in when finished cooking. Food carmelizes beautifully and cooks in plenty of time on low heat. Cleaning is simple with sponge/soft cloth. One frying pan had some sticky remains that I was tempted to scrub with abrasive, but read the directions and the warm vinegar did the trick without any scrubbing, retained the shine with no scratches.
