Pan dislodges during kneed cycles.

Comments about Cuisinart CBK-200 Convection Bread Maker:
We owned this very model and loved it. It quit after about 4-5 years. Despite many poor reviews we bought another one. However, new one, the pan repeatedly dislodged while kneeding the dough. I stopped counting at 20 and returned the bread machine. BUYDIG was great to deal with but unfortunately the bread maker was a dud. Made in China does not seem to be working for Cuisinart!

Due to health reasons, I am on a salt free diet and needed to be sure of the exact ingredients for the bread that I consume. It seems to clean very easily and so far, the recipes are quite easy to prepare.
Better then expected
By Love to bake
The machine is ok so far. have only made one loaf.Set it on light crust but came out burned. I will try it again with another bread sample out of the book. I will try to use a recipe I had before this to see if it will be better. The book has recipes in it with loads of different kinds of flour which could be a problem finding the flour in stores. As a whole I was pleased because it told me when to put in other ingredients.
Low-Carb practice, practice

About Me Avid Cook
I bought this bread maker to make low-carb bread but the recipes don't produce what I expected, looks like more practice and a few changes in the recipe from my part will be necessary, overall it's a good machine.

Here to the recue
from Yaphank, New York
Very Easy to use. Makes a perfect bread all the time but Love making my guleten free breads and sourdough since we have a hard time finding both in stores. There is only one thing I would have to complain about is that I have to get a step stool to program the machine since all the settings are on top but can live with it. Great product.
