I returned this product. It was too heavy to move easily. The design made using it difficult. And, the product was not worth the effort.

I would not recommend this mixer.

This mixer runs circles around my old model. I wanted a mixer with a larger capacity and this fills the bill nicely.

I use this mixer to bake and for mixing dough. I unit is easy to clean and the splash guards keep the flour and mixes from getting all over. It does tend to move with heavy doughs. But in general I am very pleased with the mixer.
