Have had it for a year & opened beaucoup wine bottles without a hitch. Extracts and ejects both natural and synthetic corks easily. Doesn't need charging very often. Giving one to all family members for Christmas.

Recently tried another brand of opener which consistently jammed when pulling synthetic corks.

My wife has a hard time using conventional methods of uncorking a bottle. This gadget was the ticket. She loves it. Be aware that you must have a solid grip on the bottle when using. It will twist the bottle in your hands otherwise.
Great product, works as advertised.
