Comments about Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless 7 pc. Cookware Set:
Love the price for the 7 piece set. As a traveling Chef there is a standard quality of reliabilty in cookware. One having the effeciency of heat retention, durability, ease of cleaning and a cool handle when in use when cooking. This Cuisinart set works well for me and my travels.

I am so pleased I bought several additional skillets. One large 12" and one smaller 8". I have purchased more expensive copper bottomed cookware in the past. This set seems to be better.

Great for economical cooking.

My pots came only a week or two ago. I used them each once and they all had scratches. I cooked beans in one pot and now I have bean film stuck to the bottom. I don't know if this comes from stainless steel cookware in general or not. It is annoying.

very good cookware for everyday use. heats evenly and cleanup is a breeze. the only issue i have with it is there is no easy way to drain liquid from the sauce pans.
