Comments about Cuisinart DLC-10S Pro Classic Food Processor:
I really like how quiet this food processor is. It is much better than the blender/food processor combo I had previously. It has a lot of safety features which are great, but is a little bit of a pain to make sure it's snapped in place, but once you figure it out, it's fine. It makes awesome hummus which I love to make in it. I've only used it a couple of times so far, but am looking forward to seeing what else it can do. So far I am happy with my purchase. It's a good price for this brand.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

A Necessity in Every Kitchen

About Me Casual Cook
Great little appliance! I replaced my old 9 cup Cuisinart with this smaller version. It takes up a little less space on the counter, and is still fine for all my needs. Comes with plenty of attachments for all kinds of chopping, dicing, mincing, and shredding jobs. My last Cuisinart was over 20 years old, so I have high hopes for this one.
Cuisinart is a great processor
from milwaukee, WI
Great time saver for making soups and lots of sliced things. Makes a very even blend of hot items too. I'm not a fan of piecrust in this device though like nearly everyone else is as the fat/butter incorporation gets a bit overworked to get it even.
nice size proccessor to handle most jobs
from Hagerstown, Maryland
Item was a nice size for almost any job I set out to do. My only suggestion is to make the food plunger able to be removed.
great fast service and great product
this is a great well built product...i used my mother in laws over the holidays when making christmas treats..it was so easy to use and when i found out about doing special dough recipes in it, i had to have it.. I love the food processor..thanks so much for the fast and great service.
love the classic design

This is same design as the one I have used for 20 plus years. Although I can still use it, a portion of the bowl broke- it would have cost more to replace the bowl than I paid for the whole new machine. Newer models are bulky, feed tube is in a different place, and controls do not inspire confidence that they would be long-lasting (I like the flip switch) Very happy!

Makes a great gift.

Chop and slice every thing in seconds. Easy cleanup and the size is not too big or too small. It's just the right size for a family of Two to Six.
Another Cuisinart Top Performance

I have a long history with Cuisinart products. Again, this is another outstanding machine, especially for slightly larger capacity jobs.
