My husband and I already own the Cuisinart Griddler which we store in another location. However, we missed not having a griddler at home. We did not need a large unit, so we purchased the GR-35 Compact Griddler. We use it constantly and enjoy the end product. Cleaning is a snap. The plates pop out and can easily be cleaned. We would highly recommend.

I use this to make low fat "dinner wraps" with all kinds of vegetables, chicken, turkey or leftover steak. I've used the grill to make pancakes for a crowd it works wonderful. I gave this compact model to my son when he was in college and he made all kinds of healthy sandwiches.
