The ice cream is creamy and delicious and so easy to make. By preparing our ice cream, I know what we are eating and avoid lots of chemicals and artificial ingredients. The recipe book included provides some good recipes, but there are lots of possibilities on the web. It's also easy to experiment with new flavors. This is a fun activity to share with the grandkids.

I've been using this machine a couple of times a week. I've been making healthy ice cream using just whole milk and eggs for the custard, so I love that I can make super-creamy and rich ice cream without the calories. The taste the unbelieveable - and I'll never go back to buying ice cream at the stores.....at least for a long time.

I also made frozen greek yoghurt and it turned out very rich. One thing I like about this machine is that it aerates the mixture as it churns so the ice cream is very rich and soft and creamy even without using heavy cream or half and half.

We've owned all kinds of ice cream makers. This makes the best ice cream of any of them, consistently and easily.

Nice quality of ice cream. Only minimal problem when storing and it's hard to scrape in the canister but try to use a rubber spatula. Overall it's a great product and shipping is fast and safe.

One great thing is I was able to used Starwberry ice cream as a basics start, and using other fruit. As in Peach! It came out great. I put the most chopped peaches in the blended, then add to my cream mixers. The remaining 1/8 chopped peaches add in to the cream just before I pour in to maker!
