Unable to get any results when tried to contact someone re returning it when immediately after receiving it I realized it wasn't adequate.

Husband uses in office and loves it. Quiet brewing, fast, perfert for single cup drinker.

I bought this product because I never drink more than 1-2 cups of coffee per day. I thought it would be the ideal coffee maker for me, and it was for the short period that it worked. It was very easy to clean. No more cleaning a pot and filter. No more wasted coffee, ext. However, it burnt up after only 2 months. Big waste of money for only 2 months of use. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I thought cusinart brands were built to last. Think I'll stick with Mr Coffee!
