Did my homework before I purchased. The hot door behind the handle is an issue that I think I will coexist with, and hope when I need a new model, this problem will be resolved. Otherwise I think it has provided better options than my previous Cuisinart, which served me very well.

Selected model TOB155 rather than the model TOB195 simply because counter space required it. Even though physically smaller than Model TOB 199, it does an excellent job.

We use it in our vacation RV. Perfect size and doesn't heat up the RV, good since it is always hot and humid there.

It does perfet toast. you will need to play with time and temp, but will get good results with baked goods such as cookies. I have not done a pizza yet but expect to get good results.

I looked at many reviews before deciding to purchase this item and you can hardly find anything bad about this toaster oven, I love it! It is the best toaster oven, you won't regret buying it. It heats quickly, browns evenly, holds a lot for a toaster oven, but doesn't take up a lot of space on my kitchen counter. I like it much better than the higher-priced Breville. If you do not want a convection toaster oven, you can't do any better than this Cuisinart.
