useful for storing lots of pics and movies. then go back and edit what I want to keep. also good for a backup and I can download pics from my PC to the card if I want to. It would be good to have seeral cards to use if you are going on the vacation of a lifetime.

It is amazing how much this holds. We use the highest definition on the camera and could only take 8 pictures at a time before having to download the pictures. Now, it seems, that we have an unlimited amount of pictures that we can take before downloading! I bought this memory card after the fact (after buying the camera because I didn't know how much the camera would hold)[...] I am very happy!

Sporadic message read that the card was in the locked position even though it wasn't. Eventually the screen went blank and wouldn't take any pictures until I replaced the 16 GB card with the 4 GB card that doesn't hold much. The packaging was already torn apart (since it's so hard to get those cards out of their packaging) so I couldn't return it. Money down the drain. A friend said they had the same problems with this brand of memory card.

Found that camera was always giving me the busy signal if I shot fast and
would not shoot pictures. In movie mode it would run for 24 seconds and
shut down. I purchased a class 10 (Speed) and had no more problems.
