Comments about Jawbone ERA Headset (Shadowbox) [Retail Packaging]:
This is the best headset I've ever used. I have had 5-6 of my own and bought some for friends too. It integrates the phones commands seamlessly and operates with Siri on iPhone 5 wonderfully. The one down side, they tend go bad after a year and have to replace it :(
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

About Me Practical
Works well. Good sound quality. Address book gives caller ID name announcement capability. Stopped working after missed calls on Android. Poor tech support: They had no clue how to fix. I fixed it myself by disabling A2DP feature on the "Mytalk" website.

About Me Business Professional
Recommended to a friend and we both got one. Have noticed that the Apple wireless keyboard and mouse seem to cause Bluetooth interference.

Good Sound Bad Ear holder

One of our drivers said the device works well except that the piece that goes around the ear broke and now he has to hold it sometimes to keep it from falling out.
If my bluetooth broke would buy another

The headset sounds clearand the automatic volume and noise cancellation work just fine. The kit offers many cushions in different sizes and shapes but most of all the abiliaty to always keep your software updated via My Talk is just great!
