I had this item before and the dogs knocked it off the counter and broke the ceramic insert. I use this at least once a week and wanted to replace the one I had before and this was it. IT IS PERFECT and Beach Camera had it at a wonderful price and free shipping. I assumed the shipping would be slow since it was free but it wasn't it arrived in 3 days, in perfect condition packaged great. Thank You
