For a small additional charge, DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) provides two replacement units within one year, covering crashes, water damage, natural wear, and other accidental damage. Other exclusive services include global service and support, rewards for safe use, free two-way shipping, exclusive technical service, and more.
*Please note that a replacement fee is required for product replacement. The first product replacement fee is $8; the second is $12.
