The Autel Robotics EVO II DUAL 640T Rugged Bundle V3 is a professional dual-sensor aerial imaging platform designed for thermal inspection, public safety, search and rescue, industrial monitoring, firefighting, infrastructure inspection, and commercial imaging. It combines a high-resolution 640 × 512 thermal imaging system with a 50MP RYYB visual camera, allowing operators to collect both thermal data and detailed visible-light imagery from a single foldable aircraft.

The thermal camera uses a Vanadium Oxide (VOX) sensor with a 13mm lens and captures thermal imagery at 640 × 512 resolution at 30 Hz. Its temperature measurement range extends from approximately -4°F to 1022°F (-20°C to 550°C), making the aircraft suitable for applications ranging from locating people and animals to examining electrical equipment, roofs, solar installations, mechanical systems, and other heat-producing infrastructure.

Thermal operators have access to 4× lossless zoom and up to 16× digital zoom, along with central, spot, and regional temperature measurements. Regional measurement can display minimum, maximum, and average temperatures, while additional tools include temperature alarms, isotherms, thermal image enhancement, and 10 selectable thermal color palettes. Picture-in-picture functionality also allows thermal and visible imagery to be viewed together for easier identification and situational awareness.

Alongside the thermal system is a 50MP visible-light camera built around a 1/1.28"-type RYYB CMOS sensor with a 23mm-equivalent f/1.9 lens. The camera records up to UHD 4K at 60 fps and captures still photographs at up to 50MP in JPEG or DNG format. Autel's RYYB sensor design and Moonlight Algorithm 2.0 are intended to improve detail and noise performance in difficult and low-light conditions.

Flight control is handled through the included V3 7.9" Smart Controller, featuring a high-resolution 2048 × 1536 touchscreen with 2000-nit brightness for outdoor visibility. The V3 transmission platform supports operation at distances up to approximately 9.3 miles / 15 km under supported conditions and uses multiple transmission frequencies, including 900 MHz, 2.4 GHz, 5.1 GHz, and 5.8 GHz depending on region. The controller also provides HDMI output and 128GB of internal storage.

The EVO II DUAL 640T V3 provides up to 38 minutes of rated flight time, a maximum horizontal speed of approximately 44.7 mph, and omnidirectional optical sensing. Autel describes a 19-sensor awareness system incorporating 12 visual sensors along with other onboard sensing components to help the aircraft map its surroundings and avoid obstacles.

As a Rugged Bundle, this configuration is designed as a complete field-deployment package. It includes the aircraft, 7.9" Smart Controller, two flight batteries, battery charging equipment, car charger, multicharger, spare propellers, 32GB microSD card, controller accessories, and rugged transportation/storage equipment.
