The Autel Robotics EVO Lite 640T Enterprise Premium Package is the extended-operation configuration of Autel's compact thermal enterprise platform, combining the EVO Lite 640T aircraft with three intelligent flight batteries, the 6-inch Smart Controller SE V2, two extra pairs of propellers, and a rugged carrying case. With up to 40 minutes of flight time per aircraft battery, the three-battery Premium Package provides up to 120 minutes of combined potential airtime, making it better suited than the Standard Package for search and rescue, firefighting, law enforcement, infrastructure inspection, security, and other missions requiring multiple sorties in the field.

At the center of the aircraft is a dual visible-and-thermal gimbal system. The thermal camera uses a 640 × 512 infrared sensor with a 9.1mm lens, 16× digital zoom, and two temperature measurement ranges: -20°C to 150°C (-4°F to 302°F) and 0°C to 550°C (32°F to 1022°F). Temperature accuracy is specified at ±3°C or ±3% of the reading, whichever is greater. This allows operators to locate people and animals, identify electrical or mechanical hotspots, inspect structures, assess fire scenes, and detect temperature anomalies from the air.

Alongside the thermal imager is a 1/2-inch CMOS 48MP visible-light camera with an f/2.8 aperture, 16× digital zoom, maximum still resolution of 8000 × 6000, and video recording up to 4K at 30 fps. The combination gives operators both thermal detection and high-resolution visual context from the same aircraft. Autel's Enterprise software can display visible-light, infrared, and map information simultaneously, allowing crews to compare thermal signatures against the surrounding scene without interrupting the mission.

AI-assisted target recognition can automatically identify and locate people, vehicles, and boats, then project their positions onto the operator's map. Three-way obstacle avoidance provides additional protection during flight, while tri-band adaptive frequency hopping supports a 1080p30 live feed at distances up to approximately 12 km / 7.5 miles under supported conditions. Offline maps, AES-encrypted storage, privacy controls, and RTMP live streaming add enterprise functionality for sensitive and remote operations.

The included Smart Controller SE V2 features an integrated 6-inch display, 32GB of internal storage, optional microSD expansion up to 128GB, and up to 1.5 hours of controller runtime. Its battery is hot-swappable, helping reduce controller downtime during extended operations. The Premium Package also adds a rugged carrying case and spare propellers, making the complete system easier to transport and deploy as a field-ready kit.

For departments and professional operators who expect to fly more than one sortie per deployment, the Premium Package's biggest advantage is endurance: three aircraft batteries instead of one.
