Extend the life and effectiveness of your knives with this manual 3-slot sharpener. Each slot is for varying degrees of dullness:
- The Coarse Slot is suitable for very dull or damaged knives. This is usually the first step if you haven't sharpened your knife in a long time.
- The Sharpening Slot is a fine-tuning slot that uses a grinding wheel to really sharpen the blade. This can be used after every use.
- The Finishing Slot is a ceramic slot that hones and finishes the blade for extra sharpness. This should be used after the sharpening slot.
