We Put You in Control
Creative Reference monitors have your needs in mind. The left/right speaker placement switch allows you to decide what side of your workspace has the volume control and the power. Sometimes your power outlet determines a particular placement of your powered speaker. Now you can decide if it's the left or right and not compromise proper stereo imaging or your personal preference.
Front-facing controls will also save you time and hassle and get you to your projects with ease. The auxiliary input allows you to plug in a smartphone, or other media device, to audition previous mixes or watch that video your friend just shared. The headphone out provides an easy way to work silently and listen to a different source. The front-panel volume knob, which will also adjust headphone volume, works as a power switch. No more fumbling around and reaching around the back to turn things on or off. The lit power ring will let you know that your Creative Reference monitors are ready to go.
Everything You Need to Get Started Right out of the Box
No one likes setting up brand new speakers only to discover they have to go out and buy additional cables before they can even get started. That's not the case with the Creative Reference monitors. Everything you need to get hooked up and working is right in the box.
Creative Reference monitors come with a 1/8" stereo RCA cable for connecting your computer's audio output directly to the monitors, a 1/8" to 1/8" cable for connecting a smartphone right into the front of the monitors and a 6' speaker-to-speaker cable to connect the left/right speakers together.
Also included are two professional-grade isolation pads that minimize unwanted bass buildup and allow you to tilt the monitors up or down for more focused listening.
